The Best of Matchbox was introduced in 2016, exclusively sold at Toys R Us retailers in the United States. All models sport detailed front, side, and rear deco, with premium 2-piece wheels and tires. Some wheels were borrowed from Hot Wheels's Real Riders.
The line was succeeded by the Best of Matchbox (2017) series. It has 10 models:
