Tampos that are off-center, or missing.
Incorrect color (A well-known example would be the Ford F-550 Mini Pumper from 2012, which was incorrectly issued in bright green instead of mint green)
Incorrect Wheels
Missing parts, such as the interior, window glazing, or wheels and axles)
The model being completely mangled in the package
