The Mitsubishi Galant Eterna is a casting by Matchbox that debuted for the 1981 Japan mainline named the Dodge Challenger. The casting has a number of MB79, the first to have the #79 designation, and originally produced from 1978 to 1981 when it was discontinued. It has opening doors.
The second generation Dodge Challenger and Plymouth Sapporo, from model years 1978 to 1983, were badge engineered Mitsubishi Galant Lambda, a coupe version of an Galant compact car.
