The Ford Mustang Series was released in 2020 and exclusively sold at Walmart retailers. The series consists of 2 assortments of 6 cars, all based on different generations of the Ford Mustang. No 5 pack was released for this series. Most castings, with the exception of 1 new casting, have been released in the Matchbox "Mainline" series in the past.
- The line marks the debut of the '19 Ford Mustang Coupe for this series.
