The Jeep Hot Rod, inspired by the Willys MB, was the beginning of a basic tooling that would see use well into the mid 2000s by Matchbox as a mail delivery vehicle (inspired by the Jeep Dispatcher), military Jeep, rock crawler, and finally CJ-3B Jeep during its lifetime of more than 35 years.
