History[]
This casting harkens back to the original Field Car, which was produced from 1969 to 1980, and was based on the 1960-1971 International Harvester Scout. This casting is a more modern version and bears a strong resemblance to the International Scout, but also blends in styling cues from other SUVs such as the Lada Niva (which is still in production to this day).
