Model History[]
The MBX Field Car Convertible is a generic convertible monster truck based on a the earlier MBX Field Car SUV (manufactured since 2021), in turn based on the previous Field Car casting (manufactured from 1969-80), which itself was based on the real-life International Harvester Scout, produced from 1960-71. Unlike the MBX Field Car, which has round rear wheel arches, the MBX Field Car Convertible has angular wheel arches around all four wheels.
