Model History[]
The Mini Cooper S is a casting that debuted for the 2003 mainline. The casting was originally from 2003 to 2007 as MB579 when it was discontinued.
The casting returned for the 2020 mainline, retooled for easier assembly. The rear rivet assembly has been moved and goes through the roof, the windows have been darkly tinted to hide the hole, side mirrors have been added and details were redone on the casting.
The model represents the 1st-generation R53 hatchback.
