This was the second model to released as Number 38 in the Matchbox Series 1-75 range. The "Vauxhall Victor Estate Car" was launched by Lesney in 1963. This particular model is the 'FB' series which was made by GM's UK subsidiary, Vauxhall from 1960-1964. The Estate Car (U.S. : Station Wagon) was the family vehicle in the range- in a day before the advent of the contemporary MPV's and people-carriers.
